SCHOOL IS HERE

Things are back in swing and it is busy again. I think I like the structure of the school year a lot more but haven't quite figured out what week to week will look like.

The 16th we had our corefa prep day and what a day! Our leader team came together and set vision for the year. It was so fun hearing the vision that God has given the students for the campuses this year. Here is what I feel like God laid on my hear for this year: Isaiah 35 "The desert and the parched land will be glad, the wilderness will rejoice and bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy." I can't wait to see God do this on the campuses this year.

The 17th was the first day of move in at UNT and it has been basically non-stop every day since then. Move in was so fun getting to help out freshman move into their new homes for the next 10 months. It was physically exhausting the two days of move in but mentally it was encouraging.

Welcome week was a whirl wind! It was so fun to see our students reaching out to the other students on campus. We met so many people that it is hard to keep track of. Not that it is about the numbers, but it's encouraging to see that now our staff is bigger, we have more students to meet up with.

We had our first core and our first TNF this month. God is so good and moving among these students. I am so excited to see what he continues to on these campuses. We are doing a series titles "Do you know the man Jesus?" and I think it will be so impactful for our students and staff.  It's been a fun month and I am excited and hopeful for the next one.
