Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you had a great day with your family. There’s so much to be thankful for this year! I’d encourage you to reflect on all God has been doing in your life and to thank Him for it.

I have a lot to be thankful for this year. I’m grateful for this ministry and the time I get to spend investing in the kingdom here. I’ve loved getting to study the Bible with the girls I meet with. I love the staff I get to work with, and I love our church and the students we get to share it with. I’m thankful for my family—Elias and Drew, as well as our extended family. There’s a lot to think about and dwell on, but I encourage you not to lose sight of the good in the midst of all the chaos in this world.
Pizza Theology was one of my favorites so far! Rikk Watts came and shared with us about John. Rikk is a theologian who has worked with our ministry for years. He set the background for some of the cultural context of the Gospel of John. We learned about the character of God and looked at the stories of the Samaritan woman and Nicodemus. Things like this really excite me to read Scripture! What are you reading in Scripture right now? What has God been teaching you lately?

| Worship night at our house |
I'm thankful for a house to host events and people at. I'm thankful for a family to celebrate the holidays with. I'm thankful for friendships to love and help me through the ups and downs of life. I thankful for scripture to understand God's heart better.
